The reduced room rate is good through the entire weekend (January 25-January 28). We encourage you to extend your stay for the weekend and enjoy Central Oregon!

Room reservations are on a first come, first serve basis so we highly encourage participants to reserve a room as soon as possible as space is limited. We encourage people to room together. If you need to split a room charge, you can do so with the hotel upon check-out. If you are looking for someone to share a room or a ride to the conference with, please post on our facebook page or use our carpool site.

Hotel amenities included in your reservation are full use of the fitness facilities and indoor pool. All guests will have complimentary WiFi in all guestrooms and meeting spaces in the resort. Sunriver Resort also has a spa, available to all guests. Individuals who desire to make use of the spa services should make appointments direct by calling 541-593-7891. The resort highly encourages individuals to make appointments in advance due to the high demand for their state-of-the-art spa facilities.

Canceling and Refund Policy
When reserving your room, a credit card will be required to confirm the reservation and a one night deposit will be due at the time of the booking. The equivalent of one night's lodging will be billed to the individual's credit card for each guests who cancels less than 14 days prior to their arrival date.
