Professional is defined as any person working or desiring to work part-time or full-time at an institution of higher education or organization affiliated with higher education.

Student is defined as any person enrolled full-time in a 2-year or 4-year degree-granting institution of higher education. Student can be an undergraduate or graduate student. Recent graduates (having graduated within the last 6 months) from a higher education graduate program and who are not currently employed full-time at a higher education institution are also eligible to register as a student.

Conference registration includes access to all events on Thursday, January 25 and Friday, January 26 including keynotes, presentations, and the Wise Women Panel. Conference registration also includes the following meals: Dinner on Thursday, Breakfast on Friday morning, and Lunch on Friday. Conference registration does not include dinner on Friday night, travel to/from the conference, or hotel accommodations. Your conference registration goes towards the cost of putting on the conference and contributes to the sustainability of OWHE as an organization. One of the goals for OWHE is to make our annual conference as accessible as possible, and we do that by trying to keep the cost of the conference as low as possible. We offer scholarships for participants and encourage people, who can, to sponsor other conference attendees.
