Important Registration Information

There are two ways to register for the OWHE Conference:

1)  Fill out the online form on the right and mail a check to OWHE.

2)  Download and printout the registration form here, mail it with a check to OWHE.

 

The registration fee is $90 ($45 for students). Please mail a check made out to OWHE before January 16, 2009.   Please include attendee name(s) with the check.

Fee includes continental breakfast, tea and coffee, luncheon, and all conference sessions and materials. Parking fees are not included in the registration. There will be no on-site registration and space is limited.

Late registrations received between January 17 - January 23 should include an additional $10 fee. ALL registrations must be received by January 23, 2009.

OWHE maintains a bank account separate from any institution, therefore state system institutions cannot pay with a journal voucher transfer. OWHE's tax identification number is 93-158150. Please use cash or check made payable to OWHE.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing; those postmarked on or before January 16, 2009 will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee. Refund requests postmarked on or after January 16, 2009 cannot be honored.

All meals will be vegetarian. If you have accommodation requests or have questions concerning registration, please email us.
